Talk to AnnaDelete your data
Rolyio does not store a copy of your address book — contacts live in your Google or Microsoft account. What Rolyio stores is configuration and sync metadata: account records, encrypted OAuth tokens, labels and share rules, sync state, an audit log, and temporary Trash snapshots.
Disconnect a single account
To stop Rolyio from accessing one connected account:
- Open the Data sources page.
- Find the account and click Disconnect.
The stored OAuth tokens for that account are deleted immediately, and Rolyio can no longer read or write anything in it. You can also revoke access from the provider’s side at any time — in your Google Account security settings, or in Microsoft My Apps.
Delete your entire organization
To remove everything:
- Open the Team page.
- Scroll to the Danger zone.
- Click Delete organization and confirm.
This action:
- Revokes Google tokens and deletes all stored OAuth tokens.
- Cascade-deletes everything Rolyio holds for your organization: user records, labels and share rules, contact mapping links, and sync state.
- Stops all sharing and syncing for every member.
What is deleted, retained, and never touched
Deleted immediately: OAuth tokens, user records, labels, share rules, mapping links, sync state.
Retained briefly, then deleted automatically:
- The Audit log is kept for up to 30 days after deletion, to allow investigation of abuse or security incidents, then deleted.
- Trash snapshots of deleted contacts purge automatically 30 days after each contact was deleted. See Trash and restore.
- Encrypted backups expire on a rolling basis within 90 days and are not used to restore deleted accounts.
Never touched: the contacts in your address books. Deleting your Rolyio organization does not delete any contact in Google Contacts or Outlook — yours or your recipients’. Shared “(Shared)” groups and their contacts simply stop syncing and remain as they are.
Deletion requests
If you cannot use the in-app options, email support@rolyio.com — we aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. If your details were shared through Rolyio by someone else’s organization, contact that organization directly; the contact record lives in their Google or Microsoft account.
